The raw materials used in making non woven are mainly of rayon and polyester. The summary process of non woven interlining is as follow : First, Rayon and polyester are mixed according to specification needed before passing through the carding machine and then suitable chemicals are added to the layer or fibers. This would make the layer of fibers bonded together but still retained the softness or bulkiness. This makes non-woven interlining differs from its counter part of woven interlining.
